The City of Coshocton allowed the Coshocton WIC office to use Himebaugh Park for a picnic celebrating Breastfeeding Awareness Month. Mayor Steve Mercer (pictured at center) also presented WIC and Help Me Grow staff with a proclamation declaring the month here in Coshocton. Josie Sellers | Beacon
