Port Authority board approves lease
COSHOCTON – In a special meeting held Tuesday evening, April 3 at the Progress Center the board of the Coshocton Port Authority approved a 28 month lease (Resolution #2018-03-01) beginning April 2018 through August 2020 between the Coshocton Port Authority and The Beaver Excavating Company of Canton.
The lease is for a vacant parcel located at 310 S. Whitewoman St. The premises include approx. 1.586 acres with access to all electrical and phone/internet hookups and taps as now remaining on the premises.
The Beaver Excavating Company is the contractor for phase one of the $18.8 million project that includes bridge and ramp replacements at the Ohio 16 and Ohio 541 interchange in Coshocton County.
