Presbyterians welcome the Cardinal Chorale
COSHOCTON – The Presbyterian Church, North Fourth and Chestnut Streets in Coshocton, will welcome the Cardinal Chorale on Sunday, Feb. 17. The all-state ensemble rescheduled their visit when a snow emergency postponed their reunion weekend in January. While there will not be a public concert, the chorale will sing several anthems at 10:30 a.m. worship, and will join the church’s Chancel, Crusaders and Carol choirs in singing Allen Pote’s “A Jubilant Song.” Other music will be provided by Westminster Ringers, the adult handbell choir, pianist Caroline S. Heading, and organist Mark D. Wagner.
The Reverend Karen E. Crawford will preach on “Blessed Are You”, and Jim Arganbright will be the liturgist.
Local members of the chorale include Zade Adkins, Elizabeth Allen, Hallee Anderson, Hope Asbury, Michael Belt, Michael Border, Annie Bosson, Jadyn Cline, Jordan Conner, DJ Esselburn, Josie Fornara, Devon Fortune, Ryan Gildow, Everett Hall, Jacob Heading, Sarah Heading, Lauren Johnson, Logan Lawrence, Morgan Lawrence, MaryAnn Lozowski, Colin McConnell, Maggie Myers, Gavin Normal, and Harrison Orand.
All are invited to share in this celebration. Preschool childcare will be provided, and ample parking is available.
