River View softball sets home run record
WARSAW – Four Lady Bears hit over the fence home runs in their away game against Claymont on April 26. Gracie Dunlap got the home run derby started in the third inning. Isabella Heddleson and Alyssa Thomas each had a home run in the fifth inning. Claire Warschauer had the final home run in the sixth inning. The Lady Bears won the game 9-3. Hitting four home runs in a single game is an OHSAA record and will be listed on ohsaa.org. Pictured from left are Heddleson, Thomas, Dunlap and Warschauer.
