Robert ‘Steve’ Mizer
Robert “Steve” Mizer, 66, of Warsaw passed away Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2021, at the Coshocton Regional Medical Center. He was born on Sept. 30, 1955, to the late Donald and Hazel (Shaw) Mizer.
Steve was a graduate of River View High School and was a member of the Labor’s Union and had previously worked for Hathaway Inc. and the Pipeline. He enjoyed farming, riding his SxS, hunting, and fishing.
He is survived by his daughter, Shelby Mizer of Warsaw; granddaughter, Haven Mizer; two great-grandchildren, Zaiden and Paris; siblings, Faye Harding, Dick (Carol) Mizer, Larry (Violet) Mizer, Jim “Slick” (Sherry) Mizer, Tom Mizer, Jack Mizer, and Peggy (Greg) Wilson; special friend, Tina Maynard; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his son, Toby Mizer; and siblings, Lewis “Louie” and Gary Mizer.
Per Steve’s wishes a cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions can be directed toward the Miller Funeral Home, to help defray funeral expenses. The Miller Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family.
