Roger E. Glazer Sr.

Warsaw – Roger Earl Glazer, Sr., 88, died Saturday March 25, 2017 at Riverside Manor in Newcomerstown.

He was born in Tuscarawas County on November 6, 1928 to Clarence and Elizabeth (Wolf) Glazer. He was a member of the VFW Post 1330 in Coshocton.

Roger is survived by his son, Rick (Shirley) Glazer of Fresno, daughters; Candy Sue (Donald) Ethell of Coshocton, and Wanda Kay Mounts of West Lafayette, 8 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Roger Glazer, Jr., a daughter, Kathy Smith, a grandson, Jeremy R. Smith, four brothers, and one sister.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Wednesday, March 29 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw. Pastor Ron Davis will officiate. Burial will follow in Bakersville Cemetery with military honors conducted by the Coshocton County Joint Veterans Council Honor Guard. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
