Rose Zetta Beam

COSHOCTON – Rose Zetta Beam, 83, of Coshocton passed away Monday, February 5, 2018 at Signature Health and Rehabilitation. She was born in New England, W.V. on February 9, 1935 to the late Matthew and Jane (Fox) Briggs.

Rose worked for Your Pizza in Canton and Coshocton for many years before moving to Belpre, Ohio.

She is survived by her son, Matthew Beam of Coshocton; daughters Rita Soehnlen of Coshocton and Pam Bernie Beam of Marietta; grandchildren Nick and Becky Soehnlen, Jane and Julia Bernie, and Travis and Scott McCoy; and several nieces and nephews.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Carlos Beam whom passed away December 16, 1997; sisters Ada Sams, Martha Briggs, Florence Schmitt, Donna Drake, and Mary Simmons; and brother Lawrence Briggs.

Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Friday, February 9, 2018 from 11:00am – 12:00pm with funeral services beginning at 12:00pm with Pastor Bill Jones officiating. A cremation will take place following the services. In lieu of flowers contributions can be directed towards the National Breast Cancer Foundation, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
