COSHOCTON – People passing by Lake Park on Christmas Day got a kick out of seeing Santa Claus relaxing with his fishing pole after delivering presents to all the good little girls and boys. In all seriousness, according to Jeff Westfall’s mom Carole Cornell, he was amazed by all the people who noticed him out on the water dressed as Santa.
