Second half real estate taxes due
COSHOCTON – Coshocton County Treasurer Janette Donaker would like to remind all taxpayers that July 15 is the due date for the second half real estate taxes and manufactured home taxes.
The treasurer’s office will keep the drive-thru open until 5:30 p.m. this Friday to better serve the public. The drive-thru is located in the rear of the annex building.
If you miss operating hours, there is a secure drop box in the back of the annex building for payments. Feel free to place your stub and payment into the drop box. Any payments left in the drop box after 5:30 p.m. on Friday and before 8 a.m. Monday, July 18, will not have the late penalty added.
Also no penalty will be added if your payment is postmarked on the 15th.
