In pursuance of an ORDER OF SALE in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, at the Coshocton County Court House in Coshocton, Ohio, in the above named county on FRIDAY, the 15th day of September, 2017, at 10:00 AM, the following described real estate, situated in the County of Coshocton, State of Ohio, and in THE TOWNSHIP OF TUSCARAWAS to wit: If said property does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale again with no minimum bid and at the same time of day and at the same place on September 29th, 2017.

NOTE: If the United States of America holds a lien on the real estate, the United States of America shall have the right to redeem as provided by Title 28, Section 2410 (C), United States Code.

TERMS OF SALE: IF THE PROPERTY APPRAISED UP TO $10,000.00, A DEPOSIT OF $2,000.00 IS REQUIRED IF THE PROPERTY APPRAISED OVER $10,000.00 BUT LESS THAN $200,000.00. A DEPOSIT OF $5,000.00 IS REQUIRED. IF THE PROPERTY APPRAISED OVER $200,000.00 A DEPOSIT OF $10,000.00 IS REQUIRED. BALANCE DUE UPON RECEIPT OF DEED. BIDDING WILL START AT TWO-THIRDS OF THE APPRAISED VALUE FOR THE FIRST SALE DATE. NO MINIMUM BID IS SET FOR THE SECOND SALE DATE.
