In pursuance of an ORDER OF SALE in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, at the Coshocton County Courthouse in Coshocton, Ohio, in the above named county on FRIDAY, the 13th day of October, 2017, at 10:00 AM, the following described real estate, situated in the County of Coshocton, State of Ohio, and in THE TOWNSHIP OF BEDFORD to wit: If said property does not receive a sufficient bid, it shall be offered for sale again with no minimum bid and at the same time of day and at the same place on October 27th, 2017.
