Sheriff’s office changes date to start online sales

| October 11, 2021

Instead of Oct. 1, it is now beginning with Nov. 1, 2021, that the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office will no longer be conducting sales of real estate for foreclosures in person.

Pursuant to House Bill 390, RealAuction has been contracted with the Ohio Department of Administrative Services for these sales to be online with the “Official Sheriff Sales Website.” The process and procedures for the new on-line sales are outlined on the RealAuction’s website at http://coshocton.sheriffsaleauction.ohio.gov. All prospective bidders should familiarize themselves with this new process.

Should you have any questions regarding how to register, feel free to contact RealAuction’s customer service at customerservice@realauction.com. Any other questions, contact Dept. Josh Walsh at joshwalsh@coshoctoncounty.net or 740-622-3782.
