Sheriff’s Office conducting traffic blitz

| November 19, 2013

COSHOCTON – The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office will be conducting a traffic blitz for Thanksgiving. Deputies will be targeting traffic violations in the county and city in the areas of State Route 541 and 16.  This blitz will run from Friday, Nov. 22 through Sunday, Dec. 1.

This blitz, along with several others, is part of a grant our office has received from the Ohio Department of Public Safety. This grant will cover the overtime costs our office will incur during these traffic blitzes.

As always, we urge the residents of Coshocton County to drive safely and always wear their seat belts.
