6:56 P.M. Bonnie Boehm of Warsaw reported items taken from her home.
7:06 P.M. Deputies were dispatched to the 600 block of Vine Street on a domestic situation. Upon arrival Richard Bay of Coshocton approached officers with a blunt object. Richard Bay refused to comply with orders from officers to put the object down. Richard Bay was taken into custody.
