2:25 AM: The Sheriff’s Office received a call from the Cedar Street Inn that a person was hit by a black Toyota truck that fled the scene. Upon investigation, the officers advised there where several people involved who refused medical treatment
5:02 PM: Katrina Phillips of Coshocton reported the theft of her purse
