On Aug. 1, the Sheriff’s Office investigated two accident(s) and five complaint(s).

 

Accidents

11:29 AM: James Johnson of Coshocton was stopped at a traffic light at the intersection of Seventh Street and Chestnut Street when his vehicle was struck by Marc Cooper from the rear.

12:33 PM: Heather Lauvray was stopped in traffic on South Second Street when Brandy Swoveland struck her vehicle in the rear.

 

 

Complaints

8:44 AM: A Muskingum County business reported several tools stolen from a job site in Coshocton County

9:17 AM: On August 1st, 2016 during routine patrol, an illegal dump site was found in Lafayette Township on TR 124.

9:43 AM: On August 1st, 2016 during routine patrol, an illegal dump site was found on the haul road between CR 7 and CR 123 in Linton Township

10:25 AM: On August 1st, 2016 during routine patrol, an illegal dump site was found on TR 256 in Oxford Township

11:12 AM: On August 1st, 2016 during routine patrol, an illegal dump site was found on CR 23 in Jackson Township
