11:12 A.M. Michael Lewis of Coshocton was traveling westbound on US 36 when he lost control of his vehicle causing the vehicle to go into a ditch.
11:18 A.M. Devin Barnett of Coshocton struck a vehicle operated by Rebecca Courtright of Coshocton causing the Courtright vehicle to go off the roadway. The Barnett vehicle struck a vehicle operated by David Beamer of Dover. The Beamer vehicle continued on and struck a vehicle operated by Richard Fetters of Warsaw.
