– JOSEPH R COLON OF COSHOCTON WAS CITED FOR DRIVING WHILE UNDER A NON-COMPLIANCE SUSPENSION, COURT SUSPENSION, AND FAILURE TO REINSTATE.
– ROBERT L WINCE OF COSHOCTON WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH OPERATING A VEHICLE IMPAIRED.
