Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for Dec. 19
On Dec. 18, the Sheriff’s Office investigated one accidents and six complaints.
Accidents:
– CHERYL SHROYER OF COSHOCTON WAS EAST BOUND ON CHESTNUT STREET WHEN SHE ATTEMPTED TO TURN NORTH ONTO 8TH STREET BUT FAILED TO YIELD AND TURNED IN FRONT OF ANNA SPENCE OF COSHOCTON. ANNA SPENCE OF COSHOCTON THEN STRUCK THE SHROYER VEHICLE.
Complaints:
– GEORGE BOOTH OF COSHOCTON REPORTED HIS GARAGE BROKEN INTO AND A LEAF BLOWER AND WEED EATER TAKEN.
– OFFICERS WERE ADVISED OF A SUBJECT DRIVING A MINI BIKE IN PEOPLES YARDS. MUREL PARKS JR OF COSHOCTON WAS STOPPED AND CITED FOR NO DRIVERS LICENSE, FAILURE TO DISPLAY PLATES AND POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA.
– WHILE ON ROUTINE PATROL OFFICERS OBSERVED A SUBJECT CUTTING ACROSS PRIVATE PROPERTY TO AVOID A RED LIGHT. NIKKITA ATKINS OF WEST LAFAYETTE WAS STOPPED AND CITED FOR AN FRA SUSPENSION.
– JASON BECKETT OF COSHOCTON REPORTED RECEIVING A FRAUDULENT CHECK FROM A SALE ON CRAIGS LIST.
– KENNETH TUMBLIN OF FRESNO REPORTED THE THEFT OF METAL FENCE POSTS.
– MICHAEL GUTHRIE OF WALHONDING REPORTED THE THEFT OF A MORTAR MIXER.
