8:19 A.M. Clifford Carnes of Coshocton was turning left onto US 36 from County Road 1A when his vehicle slid on ice striking a semi driven by John Seitz of Coshocton.
Complaints:
11:44 A.M. The Litter Officer reported an illegal dump site along an oil well road off of SR 541 W.
12:06 P.M. The Litter Officer reported an illegal dumpsite along TR 400.
12:49 P.M. Steven Wheatcraft of Coshocton reported the theft of several items from his yard.
1:25 P.M. Dylan Markley of Coshocton was arrested and summonsed to court for shoplifting from Wal-Mart.
2:00 P.M. Kenny Lippencot of Coshocton reported a theft.
4:40 P.M. Nolan Sweat of Coshocton reported his vehicle had been taken.
