2:32 P.M. Caleb Williams of North Carolina was traveling south on SR 83 when he crested a hill and rear ended Larry Emerson of Dresden, Ohio who was stopped in the roadway waited to turn left into a driveway.
Complaint
9:02 A.M. Coshocton Recycling reported finding a firearm in some scrap metal.
4:09 P.M. Jessica Bennett of Coshocton reported her basement door was broken.
9:11 P.M. Officers responded to a suspicious person at Village Marathon. Troy Fields of Coshocton was arrested and charged with trafficking a controlled substance.
