Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for Feb. 9, 2016

On Feb. 8, the Sheriff’s Office investigated five accident(s) and two complaint(s).

Accidents

10:00 AM: Wyatt C. Williamson of Walhonding was traveling west on TR 358 when he lost control on the snow-covered road, went off of the right side of the road, over-corrected, and the vehicle rolled onto its side.

10:19 AM: Matthew T. Martin of Marion, VA was traveling south on SR 83 when he lost control on the snow-covered road and struck a culvert.

2:37 PM: Ki A. Wright of Warsaw was traveling west on US 36 when his vehicle struck the rear of the vehicle being driven by Travis L. Davis of Coshocton, causing that vehicle to strike the rear of the vehicle being driven by Ty M. Mitchell of Warsaw.

3:58 PM: Dusty L. Lewis was traveling south on TR 162 when he lost control of his vehicle, going off the right side of the road striking a tree. Lewis was transported to CCMH by CCEMS and later to Grant Hospital in Columbus. This accident remains under investigation.

4:08 PM: Phillip J. Hammersley of Coshocton was backing from a parking lot when he struck a parked vehicle.

 

Complaints

9:22 AM: Scott T. Murray of Coshocton reported the theft of an item from his vehicle.

5:16 PM: Brittany M. Wiggins of Coshocton reported her vehicle was vandalized.
