11:19 A.M. Eric Baker of Newcomerstown was pulling out of a driveway on Cedar Street and did not see Craig Ridenbach of Coshocton driving westbound on Cedar Street and struck him with a snow plow causing Craig Ridenbach to be pushed off the roadway.
Complaints
6:37 P.M. The Sheriff’s Office investigated a complaint and as a result of the investigation Jay Phillips of Coshocton was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and aggravated menacing.
