On January 09, the Sheriff’s Office investigated 1 (s) and 5 complaint(s).

Accidents:

6:01A.M.   Adam Cramblett of Coshocton was eastbound on US 36 in the area of Newcastle when he swerved to miss a deer and hit a guard rail.

 

Complaints:

11:02 A.M.  Frank Drews of Coshocton reported he was scammed out of $399.62 in the 900 block of Pine Street.  The Coshocton man advised he was contacted by a person claiming they were from the power company.

 

12:06 P.M.  A Coshocton woman reported a burglary in the 2000 block of South 7th Street.

 

12:38 P.M.  An employee at Rent to Own called in reference to someone throwing some type of liquid on their work van’s windshield.

 

6:57 P.M.  Loss Prevention Officer from Wal-Mart called to report an attempted theft.

 

7:41 P.M.  Joey Martin reported harassment.
