Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for January 23, 2020

On January 22, the Sheriff’s Office investigated 2 (s) and 4 complaint(s).

Accidents:

11:56 A.M.  Deidre Smith of Coshocton was traveling westbound on CR 16 in Lafayette Township when she lost control of her vehicle, she went off the right side of the roadway.  Mrs. Smith traveled in the ditch approx. 50 feet then striking a culvert causing her Jeep Cherokee to roll over onto its top.

 

7:42 P.M.  On this date, Yacine Bowen reported he was traveling west on US 36 when a white SUV type vehicle attempted to turn onto US 36 from SR 60 and struck his vehicle.  The white SUV then fled the scene.

 

Complaints:

2:23 A.M.  Damian Polen was cited for non-working license plate light and limit of lighting flashing red lighting.

 

3:36 P.M.  Kim Markley was arrested for theft.

 

5:36 P.M.  Noreen Hites reported the theft of an air conditioning unit in the 300 block of North 12th Street.

 

9:17 P.M.  Ivan Rice was cited for one headlight and failure to reinstate.
