2:45 P.M. Clayton Tucker of Coshocton and Michael Mercer of Conesville were both stopped at the light at the intersection of South 2nd St and Brown’s Lane when Clayton Tucker struck Michael Mercer when the light turned green.
4:50 P.M. Jacob Patterson of West Lafayette struck Jeffrey Adams of Fresno after Jeffrey Adams stopped abruptly.
Complaints:

11:34 A.M. Robert Criswell reported a theft.
