– JASON M PATTERSON OF COSHOCTON WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH OVI, OVI REFUSAL, EXPIRED OPERATOR’S LICENSE AND OPERATING WITH NO HEADLIGHTS.
– ZACHARY J GRIMMETT OF COSHOCTON WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH MENACING.
