9:17 A.M. The Country Squire Inn and Suites reported damage to a candy machine.
9:49 A.M. Douglas Cushman reported damage to a rental home.
1:00 P.M. Skip’s Recycling reported someone dumping trash without their permission in one of their dumpsters.
3:51 P.M. Deputies made contact with a fugitive that was wanted out of Franklin County in the area of the Himbaugh Lot. Upon contact, the subject gave false information and then fled on foot. Deputies pursued the subject and apprehended the subject in the 800 block of Walnut Street after a short foot pursuit. Additional charges are being filed on the subject.
