10:56 A.M. The Litter Officer responded with the Health Department to 20372 TWP RD 411 in reference to an illegal dump and continuing litter issue.
1:56 P.M. Deputies investigated a report of a suspicious person in the 600 block of Plum Street. Robbie J. Hardy was subsequently charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
10:33 P.M. Christopher S. Sherpherd was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
