9:53 A.M. Jimmy Elson of Coshocton was traveling eastbound on State Route 16 when he attempted to pass Jeremy Miller of Coshocton when doing so he cut off Mr. Miller and struck the driver front bumper. Neither party stopped when the accident occurred both drove to the Sheriff’s Office.
