6:30 A.M. The Litter Officer reported an illegal dump site at Township Road 483C and State Route 16.
9:00 A.M. Tara Stephens of Coshocton reported her house was broken into.
12:00 P.M. The Litter Officer advised Thomas Smith of Coshocton reported trash and tires illegally dumped on his property.
