12:20 AM: Raymond Wachman of Newcomerstown was arrested and charged with criminal damaging and aggravated disorderly conduct

9:12 AM: An illegal dumpsite was discovered on a Haul Road between SR 541 and TR 159 in Linton Township

10:17 AM: A Newcomerstown business reported their building was broken into and items stolen

10:40 AM: An illegal dumpsite was discovered on CR 410 near SR 93 in Linton Township

12:59 PM: An illegal dumpsite was reported at the Coshocton County Fairgrounds
