Accidents
9:57 A.M. Edward Balder of Millersburg was traveling west bound on State Route 16 and didn’t believe he would be able to get stopped in time and went slightly left of center to avoid a stopped vehicle and side swiped Karen Shroyer who was traveling eastbound.
10:29 A.M. Debra Dobson of Conesville was stopped at a stop sign for the off ramp onto Three Rivers Bridge when Earl Hatfield of Adamsville failed to stop and struck her in the rear.
Complaints
3:31 A.M. The Sheriff’s Office responded to a minor injury accident in the 1700 block of Otsego Avenue. Upon investigation of this incident, Mark Lepley Jr. was arrested and charged with OVI. Mr. Lepley Jr. was also cited for failure to control and open container.
