– JOSEPH H COX JR OF FRAZEYSBURG WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON CR 23 IN JACKSON TWP WHEN HE WENT LEFT OF CENTER AND LOST CONTROL OF HIS VEHICLE. MR COX WAS LATER ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH OVI, OVI HIGH BREATH, FAILURE TO CONTROL, FAILURE TO STAY IN MARKED LANES, AND OPEN CONTAINER.
