11:00 A.M. John Dillon of Coshocton struck the guardrail on the eastbound ramp going from the TR-Bridge onto SR-16.

12:59 A.M. Richard Stoker of Lafayette Twp was arrested and charged with OVI, OVI Refusal, speeding and failure to drive within the marked lane of travel.
