Accidents
5:01 AM: William Weaver was merging onto SR 16 from S. Whitewoman St. when his vehicle struck the side of the vehicle driven by Dwaine Conkle
5:30 a.m.: Gary L. Whitt was traveling south on CR 10 in White Eyes Township when he struck a deer
5:54 AM: Tyler J. Smith was traveling north on SR 83 in Millcreek Township when he went off of the right side of the roadway and struck the embankment

1:32 AM: James Renicker was arrested and charged with petty theft.
