- Donnis Kent of Warsaw was southbound on State Route 60 when he went off the roadway and struck a guardrail.
- Casandra Melick of Coshocton was westbound on CR 58 when she lost control and rolled her vehicle.
Complaints
- Michelle Murphy of Coshocton of Coshocton reported someone broke out a window at her residence.
