– SHAWN A LOCKE OF CONESVILLE WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH OPERATING A VEHICLE IMPAIRED AND FAILURE TO CONTROL.
– WAYNE D GILBERT OF COSHOCTON REPORTED HIS SHRUBS AND HOUSE PLANTS
