Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for Sept. 25, 2016

On Sept. 24, the Sheriff’s Office investigated five accident(s) and one complaint(s).

Accidents

  • Officers responded to a non injury accident at the intersection of 15th and Walnut streets.
  • Officers responded to a non injury accident on CR 16 at Lyons Curve.
  • Officers responded to a non injury accident in the west bound lane of the clover leaf at Three Rivers Bridge.
  • Chase Michael Henthorn of Ashland Ohio was northbound on Newcastle Township Road 41 when he went off the left side of the roadway striking an embankment and a tree. Mr. Henthorn was transported to Knox Community with minor injuries.
  • Officers responded to a report of an accident with injuries in the 27,000 block of SR 751. A vehicle operated by a 17-year-old male was southbound on SR 751 when he lost control of his vehicle. He was uninjuried but alcohol and speed are considered to be a factor in the crash.

Complaints

  • John Weaver of Coshocton reported the theft of tools.
