4:35 AM: Jeff Murray of West Lafayette was traveling eastbound on SR 541 when he struck a tree that was laying in the roadway
10:35 AM: Justin Allen of Coshocton was sitting at a light at the intersections of South 2nd Street and Walnut Street when his foot slipped off the brake and his vehicle struck a vehicle operated by Jody Rice of Warsaw
2:43 PM: Keturah Durben of Coshocton struck the rear of a vehicle operated by Thomas Merck of Coshocton
4:58 PM: Wayne Weaver of Fredericksburg, Ohio was driving his log truck north on SR 83 when he lost control and hit Terry Tracey of Zanesville, Ohio who was southbound on SR 83
