Sheriff’s Office Morning Report for September 3

On September 2 the Sheriff’s Office investigated three accidents and three complaints.

Accidents

– SHAWN M MILLER OF COSHOCTON WAS TRAVELING NORTH BOUND ON SR 83 IN FRANKLIN TWP WHEN HE WENT OFF OF THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK AN EMBANKMENT AND A TREE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES REPORTED.

– LAURA DOTSON OF COSHOCTON WAS TRAVELING ON LOCUST ST WHEN SHE FAILED TO NEGOTIATE THE TURN ONTO N 9TH ST AND STRUCK SEVERAL CINDER BLOCKS. DOTS ON WAS THEN ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH OPERATING A VEHICLE IMPAIRED.

– DANIELLE R MAXIMO OF CAMBRIDGE WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON SR 751 IN OXFORD TWP WHEN SHE FAILED TO YEILD THE RIGHT OF WAY AND STRUCK THE VEHICLE BEING DRIVEN BY BRUCE E MATHEWS OF COSHOCTON. MAXIMO WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH OPERATING A VEHICLE IMPAIRED AND FAILURE TO YEILD.

Complaints

– WILLIAM R MCCLISTER OF COSHOCTON REPORTED VANDALISM TO HIS SWIMMING POOL.

– MICHAEL K FOX OF FRESNO REPORTED THE THEFT OF SEVERAL LEAF BLOWERS.

– A CALL WAS RECEIVED OF A SUSPICIOUS PERSON AT M&B BUS SALES ON CR 9. DUSTY A BATES OF CAMBRIDGE WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL DAMAGING, CRIMINAL TRESPASS, AND ATTEMPTED THEFT.
