Sheriff’s Office Report for August 19, 2020
On August 18, the Sheriff’s Office investigated 1 Accident and 3 Complaints.
Accidents:
- Janna Dotson reported a pickup truck on its side, over a guard rail in the area of 3115 State Route 541 East. The driver of the pickup was not located at the scene. The pickup was traveling East on State Route 541when the driver lost control, went off the right side of the road , went down an embankment, flipped over and came to rest on its right side. The accident is currently under investigation.
Complaints:
- Shawn A. Locke was arrested and charged with an OVI.
- An illegal dumpsite was located off of County Road 271, between State Route 83 and Paper Mill Road.
- Deputies were dispatched to Walmart for the report of a male and female being aggressively uncooperative after not paying for their items.
