Sheriff’s Office Report for December 1, 2020
On November 30th, the Sheriff’s Office investigated 2 Accidents and 3 Complaints.
Accidents:
- Ivan Garcia was traveling West on State Route 16, when he went off the right side of the road, and struck a ditch at the intersection of State Route 16 and Township Road 347. The car then rolled several times and came to rest on its side.
- Mervine Yoder of Russellville reported a semi overturned when the load shifted.
Complaints:
- Amy Burnside reported a theft in the 600 Block of South Lawn Avenue.
- Sawyer Conkle was arrested on an active warrant.
- Deputies were dispatched to the ER for an inmate who was trying to leave. Prior to the deputies arriving on scene, Cory Bates II had left. After a short search, the Sheriff’s Office was advised of his location and Cory was taken into custody without incident.
