- William Richcreek was traveling on County Road 271, when he lost control on the ice covered road and went over an embankment.

- Deborah Bartoe of Coshocton reported a breaking and entering into her garage.
- Linda Ashcraft reported identity fraud.
- Cynthia Randles of Warsaw reported unemployment fraud.
- Judy Moran of Coshocton reported unemployment fraud.
- Theresa Lewis reported possible worker’s compensation fraud.
- Michael Hemming of Coshocton reported fraud.
