Sheriff’s Office Report for January 2, 2021
On January 1st, the Sheriff’s Office investigated 1 Accident and 2 Complaints.
Accident:
- Roberta Penn of Granville was traveling Westbound on USR 36 near Township Road 167 in Linton Township, when her vehicle hydroplaned, causing her vehicle to cross the median and came to rest on the river bank on the South side of the roadway.
Complaints:
- Stephanie Gleich reported someone stole money from her checking account.
- There was an attempted robbery at the Village Marathon in the 300 Block of South Whitewoman Street.
