Sheriff’s Office Report for July 9, 2020
On July 8, the Sheriff’s Office investigated 1 accident and 5 complaints.
Accidents:
- Tiffany Philabaum was driving East on Chestnut Street. Ms. Philabaum was stopped for traffic and struck a vehicle driven by Ashley Hook at the light of Chestnut and North 11th Street. A passenger in the Honda Pilot was transported to Coshocton Regional Medical Center for possible injuries. Ms. Philabaum was cited for Assured Clear Distance.
Complaints:
- Deputies responded to a large fight in the 200 Block of North 3rd Street. The incident is still under investigation.
- The Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic altercation in the 1000 Block of Orchard Street. Upon investigation, Shawn Locke of Coshocton, was arrested and charged with domestic violence.
- Brandle Carpenter of Midvale, reported her license plate and sticker taken from her vehicle while parked at Lake Lila.
- Elizabeth Lahmon of Coshocton, was arrested on a warrant.
- Mullett Tire reported a theft of a weed eater.
