Sheriff’s Office to conduct traffic blitz
COSHOCTON – Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office will be working a Traffic Blitz for the “Driver Sober or Get Pulled Over” campaign. This Traffic Blitz is for the two week period of Aug. 15 through Sept. 1. Officers will be targeting the area of Us 36, Sr 715, Sr 83 and Sr 93 for speed violations, unsafe driving and OVI Offenders.
This “Blitz”, along with several others, is part of a grant the Sheriff’s office has received from the Ohio Department of Public Safety that will cover the overtime costs the office will incur.
As always, we urge the residents of Coshocton County to drive safely and always wear their seatbelts.
