Sheriff’s office to participate in national ‘click it or ticket’ campaign
COSHOCTON COUNTY – Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office will be participating in the National “Click it or Ticket” Campaign starting May 21 and running through June 3. During this time period, road patrol officers will be actively targeting seat belt violations.
The sheriff’s office would like to remind everyone that on average, 125 people die in car crashes every day in the United States and for the most part it is due to the lack of seat belts, speed, impaired driving or driver distraction.
As always, the sheriff’s office urges the residents of Coshocton County to drive safely and always wear their seat belts.
