Steven Ray Aronhalt, Sr., 51, died Sunday, July 24, 2022 at his residence.

He was born April 26, 1971 in Coshocton to Gayle (DeWitt) and Harold Ray Aronhalt. He enjoyed being at home, playing video games, fishing, and spending time with his special dog, “Rocky”.

Steven is survived by a son, Steven Ray Aronhalt, Jr. of Coshocton; his mother, Gayle (Elmer) Carroll of Kentucky; father, Ray (Caroline Ray) Aronhalt of Coshocton; former wife, Janice Ann Aronhalt (Charlie Miller) of Coshocton; two step-children, Cheyanna & Shyla; step-granddaughter, Destiny; sister, Kristie Oliver of Coshocton; nieces & nephew, Ashley McConnell, Austin Jennings, Jessica (Adam) Warren of Warsaw, Jayanne Aronhalt of Frazeysburg, Jennifer (Shawn) Wolford of Coshocton, Jaclynn (Josh) Sullivan of Dresden, and Katie (Andrew) Saylor of Coshocton; aunts, Phyllis Carnes of Adams Mills, Darlene Oakes of Kosciusko, MS, and Kelly DeWitt of Coshocton; and uncles, Norman Aronhalt of Coshocton, Bob (Diane) DeWitt, and Larry DeWitt, both of Coshocton.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Otis “Jack” & Margaret Aronhalt, and Willis Eugene “Bud” & Evelyn Lucille “Lucy” DeWitt; and uncles, Robert “Roy” Aronhalt, Gary & Dave DeWitt, and Gary Carnes.

A graveside service will be held at a later date in Prairie Chapel Cemetery. The Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations and condolences may be submitted on his obituary page at www.fischerfuneralhome.com.
