Steven ‘Steve’ Hootman
Steven “Steve” Hootman, 63, of Coshocton passed away Monday, December 5, 2022 at Trinity Hospital Twin City, Dennison, Ohio. He was born in Coshocton, Ohio on February 19, 1959 to the late Gerald and Eva (Ford) Hootman.
He was a graduate of Coshocton High School and worked as a custodian for Coshocton City Schools before retiring. He enjoyed watching the Ohio State Buckeyes and NASCAR. He especially loved making people laugh with his jokes and spending time with his grandchildren.
Steve is survived by his wife, Melody Hootman, who he married September 2, 1981; daughters Melody (James) Nesbitt of Nashport and Lizzy Lillibridge of Coshocton; grandchildren Faith and David Lillibridge.
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his grandson, Logan Lee Lillibridge.
Per Steve’s wishes there will be no services at this time and a cremation will take place. The Miller Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family. An online memorial is located at www.themillerfuneralhome.com.
